When will my payment be debited?

When you sign up for a subscription doggy box, your initial payment will be debited from your card immediately. All further payment will be debited on the 1st of each month thereafter. 

When will I receive my doggy box?

Once payment is taken on 1st of the month, all doggy boxes are shipped on or just before 4th of each month. If you have only just signed up, your first box will be shipped in 2-3 working days. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and going to manage subscriptions.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your account, go to the subscription page and select the option to cancel. If you have committed for a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will continue to be charged for them, and any remaining boxes will be shipped. Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will automatically be cancelled.

Do you charge postage?

Postage is free on all subscription items. Individual items may incur a reduced postage fee which will be shown upon checkout.

What if my dog has allergies?

Upon checkout, there is a box where you can include any additional information regarding your dog. Please ensure that you are as specific as possible in relation to the type of allergies they have and any food items your dog may be allergic to. We will then ensure that the box is customised to suit your dogs needs.
